about
This song is dedicated to the days when you don't feel like smiling, but feel like you need to. Here's to better and brighter days, and the people who warm our hearts.
lyrics
And the cold and steady rain was falling down
It was falling but it never made a sound
All the thoughts inside your head can drown it out
It's so easy not to hear when you are down
It was summer but the days were cold and pale
All the ordinary answers felt so stale
Like a prisoner standing in an open jail
Each escape attempt was destined just to fail
I feel fine
Such a lie
Gotta try
I feel fine
I feel fine
But I'm not okay
You can feel so disconnected in a crowd
You can learn to use a joke to hide a frown
Anything you have to do to keep them out
And protect the secret space that you carved out
I feel fine
Such a lie
Gotta try
I feel fine
I feel fine
But I'm not okay
But your love has come to melt the snow away
And your gentle heart has warmed the fear away
And your presence puts the color in the gray
I can tell it's gonna be a better day
I feel fine
Such a lie
Gotta try
I feel fine
I feel fine
But I'll be okay
I'll be okay

I really like this album. Probably my favorite from Above The Snowline so far. Its dark, its sincere and inspired. It flows well from beginning to end but doesn't fall into the trap of all the tracks being too samey. It feel like a well crafted mix of Nine Inch Nails and IAMX with some Marilyn Manson spice on top. Electronic, dark and industrial music fans shouldn't miss this. Jean-Sebastien Gauthier
From arena ballads to '80s-style girl rock to hot, spicy funk, all powered by the beautiful vocal talent and songwriting skills of Tracy Cloud, this 5-track EP should not be missed!

Recorded on the Grecian isle of Hydra, this is blissed-out psych pop with stacked falsetto harmonies and luscious arrangements. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 9, 2023
Two dozen 12-string acoustic improvisations that feel undeniably haunting, like lost transmissions from ancient Appalachia, rediscovered. Bandcamp New & Notable Oct 17, 2022
